If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at wndbr.com or at wndbr Facebook store, you may return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of your shipment receipt date. Your satisfaction is our primary goal; please carefully review our return instructions and policy below.
Return Instructions – 4 Easy Steps to No Hassle Returns
Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our return policy below.
- E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
- Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging..
- Include a copy of your packing slip and RMA with your return shipment.

Customers pay for return shipment charges. To ensure that we receive the package we do recommend using a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
Obtain an RMA Number and return your product within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Returns will be processed and approved credits issued within five business days of receipt. We try to respond to messages within 48 hours. If you do not receive a reply to your email within 5 days, it means that we have not received your email or our reply has been filtered out by your spam filters. If this happens, please check your spam/bulk/junk mail folders or email us from a different email account. wndbr is an online retailer. Please note that we are unable to process walk-in returns.
- Customers must obtain an RMA # and return their item(s) within 30 days of receipt of their order, unless otherwise noted on the product's detail page. Return shipments received without an RMA will not qualify for a credit.
- Returned products are subject to inspection by wndbr staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered or damaged.
- Returns that do not meet the above return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
- We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

We accept payment by Paypal and Credit Card via Paypal. Should you have no Credit Card nor Paypal and would like to pay via bank transfer, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for info on alternate payment methods. We don't accept orders over the phone unfortunately.
We ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. If you get an error instead of a shipping option during checkout, please email us at email@example.com with your location and we will get it fixed.
Attention International buyers outside the European Union
Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with wndbr and you will be required to pay customs to receive your package.
